Ms. Marilyn V. Ashley, Executive Secretary

Ms. Marilyn Ashley began departmental secretarial work at Drexel University in 1973 a few years after graduating from John Bartram High School in Philadelphia. Shortly thereafter she began working directly for Prof. Koerner and accompanied the move of GRI to separate facilities on Drexel’s campus. In 1998 she became full time with GSI as it moved off-campus to its present facility in Folsom, Pennsylvania. Marilyn facilitates all GSI traffic via phone, e-mail, fax or post. She acts as the focal point for the myriad activities of the institute and all of us are made better because of her skills and activities. This website is of her creation insofar as its development and maintenance is concerned.
