Poly-Flex, Inc. is a world
leader in providing geosynthetic lining solutions. Our complete lines of smooth
and textured geomembranes combine long-term durability with strength,
flexibility, and ultraviolet and chemical resistance to provide an impermeable
barrier for a wide variety of applications. In addition, our geocomposite and
anchor products allow us complement our geomembrane solutions in the areas of
waste disposal, fluid conveyance and containment, soil protection and
stabilization, and gas recovery systems. Applications for our products include
solid and hazardous waste landfills, landfill closures, secondary containment,
ponds, reservoirs, fish hatcheries, irrigation canals, wastewater treatment
plants, and industrial waste lagoons, to name a few.
Smooth HDPE
Our high density
polyethylene (HDPE) geomembranes provide an impermeable barrier against a wide
range of solids and liquids. They exhibit excellent chemical and UV resistance,
impermeability, and high yield and welded seam strength.
Smooth LLDPE
Our linear low density
polyethylene (LLDPE) geomembranes provide an excellent solution to challenging
containment applications which require significant material flexibility, in
addition to strength and durability.
Textured HDPE & LLDPE
Our blown-film textured
liners have smooth edges and are covered by U.S. Patent Nos. 5,763,047 and
5,804,112. The blown-film texturing provides increased friction angles for
higher stability on steep slope applications. Additionally, the smooth edges
result in easier, more cost-effective, more consistent, and better welding.
Poly-Flex Drainage Net
Our HDPE geonet products are
utilized in drainage and leachate collection systems
and have greater transmissivities than a one foot
thick layer of sand.
Single & Double Sided
Geocomposite
Our geocomposites are
manufactured by heat-bonding a needle punched non-woven geotextile fabric to
one or both sides of a Poly-Flex Drainage Net. The geocomposite is utilized in
drainage applications where filtration is necessary to reduce obstruction and
allow planar flow.
Embed Channel
Our embed channel product is
a rugged, durable HDPE profile that can be inserted into wet concrete in order
to create a welding surface with which to attach the geomembrane
