Dr. Y. Grace Hsuan, Associate Director
Dr. Grace Hsuan (Professor at Drexel University) has
been involved in geosynthetics for 23 years and during that time she has
developed three university courses, guided 20-research projects, published
80-technical articles, and developed numerous test methods. Her guiding of the stress crack test through
ASTM, i.e., D5397, won her the heritage collection award from that
organization. She is past President of
the North American Geosynthetic Society.
